I am sad that my Kindle is non functional right now, because this ebook sounds like it would be greatly interesting to me. As soon as I receive my new reader, I will look forward to having this book by Daniel Kahneman be my very first download.

Kahneman is giving us all a manual to better mental health in between the lines of his amazing book! Aside from his original purpose to inform us of his theory about the brain, the thought behind this book is far reaching! If people can train themselves to stop imagining negative scenarios (which includes the harmful effects of constantly watching the news!) they will unleash the power of the brain to think positively as their first reaction to situations. By working on the quality of our slow thinking, we can change our fast thinking for the better. In a nutshell, he is teaching us how to make molehills out of mountains.
